Sessions are charged by time. If your issue needs more than one session to resolve, I'll be upfront with you and we'll book a follow-up at your convenience.
Before every session you'll run the TLWITC diagnostic tool on your PC. It collects your system specs — OS version, CPU, RAM, storage, installed drivers, and running processes — and automatically obfuscates any personally identifiable information before the report is sent to me.
This means I walk into every session already knowing your setup. No wasted time figuring out what you're running — we get straight to the problem.
